The weather is so nice today! I love fall and so far we haven't had much of it this year but today I have a glimmer of hope.
We went all day without the AC! Praise the Lord we might get a break on the power bill!
We had breakfast for dinner (something we only do in the fall and winter)!
We followed dinner/breakfast with a cup of coffee and didn't get hot while drinking it!
Weather forecast says coolest air of the season!
I dressed the girls in their warm PJs!
Nothing like a freshly bathed child in warm snuggly pjs!

I may be ready for mums and pumpkins now! I know I am behind but I needed the cooler weather to get me in the mood. However, being we are in Texas, it may be 100 degrees in a few days and then next week we may have an ice storm but for now I am enjoying the cooler air!

I'm glad you could enjoy not having to use the AC. Thank you for the reminder of what I don't miss about Texas. It's been in the 50s & 60s here for the most part for the last week and a half, and the 30s & 40s overnight. My parents actually got 4 inches of snow last Sunday, but it's melted off. It's supposed to be 70 here tomorrow and then back to slighly cooler temps again. I love this time of year when you can wear jackets and sweaters again.
Oh Alana I am so glad you are back in the weather you love! I do miss you though! Jackets and sweaters-you know in TX it's jackets one day and swimsuits the next! I did wear a jacket walking this morning though! On Wed I was sweating like crazy in a short sleeve shirt! Crazy-but you already knew that!
So well said, Cameron! I love snugly PJ's, too! Last week and last night were great for Justus' football games - perfect weather...needed a jacket, but not tortureously cold! I've still got to get a pumpkin and mums, too, so don't feel too behind!:)
